When do you need to seek help for your teen? >> more info

At House of Hope - Illinois, we offer help from both professional counselors and trained laymen on a non-residential basis for teens and their parents. HOPE Counselors offer help and hope through spiritual support, Biblical encouragement, listening, and prayer. We rely on the Holy Spirit to comfort the hurts.

HOPE Counselors come along side parents, pastors, and professionals and offer hope by listening, clarifying, encouraging, and praying with teens and parents. Biblical lay counseling may be new to you, yet we believe lay counseling can be very valuable during a difficult season in your life.

HOPE Counselors are volunteers who are trained in the skills of listening, clarifying, and goal-setting. They offer a response to your family needs based on Biblical principals.

As we meet with you and your teen, we stive to listen, guide, improve communication, and help set goals to make a difference your family life.

We also offer you the opportunity to meet with professionals who can offer guidance from various walks of life, including professional counselors, educators, along with medical and nutritional services.
